Loved by Mums

Real mums. Real results.

“I’ve been lucky to continue my fitness journey with Kasia. It’s a supportive environment, lead by Kasia, someone trained in postnatal exercise and surrounded by likeminded Mums. I’ve got to work off the maternity leave coffee and cake somehow and even Harrison loves it! All of the exercises are adaptable, taking into account postnatal recovery and if baby needs to be held. We love it.”

Amy Disley

“Kasia’s classes are more than just a great workout – they’re a chance to connect with fellow mums and their little ones. The exercises are challenging yet adaptable to your individual needs, and there’s even an array of toys to keep babies and toddlers entertained. Plus, you can enjoy tea and coffee afterward! These sessions are truly the highlight of my week, and I can feel myself getting stronger with each class.”

Astrid Tooms

“It’s very rare to find a class so welcoming to a toddler who is fully mobile! I bring both my three and one year old to class every week and Kasia always accommodates us all. The space the gym has makes me feel relaxed enough to bring them both and get some exercise.”

Caroline Drew

“Kasia’s classes have been truly amazing! They completely transformed my postpartum experience with my second baby, allowing me to exercise and prioritise myself without the guilt of leaving my baby behind—because they can come along too. The sessions are thoughtfully designed to suit all abilities, so you can challenge yourself as much or as little as you feel comfortable, without any pressure to keep up with others. Beyond the classes themselves, Kasia has created a wonderfully supportive community of mums, and the hot cup of coffee at the end of each session feels like the ultimate luxury for a new mother. I honestly couldn’t recommend these classes highly enough.”

“Kasia’s Mum and Me classes are amazing! The exercises can be tailored to your own fitness level, and there’s always plenty to keep babies entertained at every age. It’s such a friendly, supportive space — perfect for mums wanting to get active and have fun with their little ones! Also the workout music is 10/10 “

“Being more at home in wellies than trainers, I felt apprehensive about my first ‘mum and me’ fitness class. I needn’t have worried as since that first class I have become hooked! Kasia creates varied and fun workouts. I have been coming for 3 months now and have never done the same routine twice. I already feel much stronger and fitter than I expected. The other women who attend the classes are extremely friendly and when I take a moment to look around everyone is taking things at their own pace with different exercises for anyone who may be recovering from injury or cesarean. This class has been revolutionary for me and gives me a chance to do something for myself without sacrificing any family time.”
