Returning to exercise after having a baby can feel daunting. Your body has changed, your confidence might feel different, and leaving your baby to focus on yourself isn’t always an option — or something you’re ready for. That’s where our Mum & Me fitness classes come in.

We’ve created a safe, welcoming space where mums can exercise with their babies, not in spite of them.

Our classes are designed with both mum and baby in mind. Every session takes place in a calm, supportive environment where babies are welcome exactly as they are — feeding, sleeping, playing, or needing cuddles. There’s no pressure and no judgement, just understanding.

Exercises are carefully selected to be postnatal-friendly, with options and adaptations offered so every mum can move at her own pace and ability. Your wellbeing always comes first.

Led by Qualified Instructors — and Mums Who Get It

All of our classes are run by fully qualified instructors who are trained in postnatal fitness. Many of our instructors are also mothers themselves, which means they truly understand the physical and emotional realities of exercising after birth.

This combination of professional knowledge and lived experience ensures that classes are not only effective, but safe, empathetic, and realistic. You’ll never be pushed to do more than feels right for your body.

Our Mum & Me classes aren’t about “bouncing back.” They’re about rebuilding strength, improving confidence, and supporting your body through motherhood. Movement is gentle yet empowering, helping you feel more comfortable, capable, and connected to yourself again.
